Borek Rocks

Borek Rocks (Borecké skály) are one of the many rock towns in the Bohemian Paradise. In contrast with other more well-known rock towns, there is not much risk of bumping into too many tourists.

Like other rock towns in the Bohemian Paradise, Borek Rocks are also composed of Mesozoic sandstone; however, there are almost none of the towers that are so typical for the other rock towns. The blue tourist markings, which start in Rovensko pod Troskami and end at the castle ruin Trosky, lead through Borek Rocks. Lookouts built on the edges of rocks, such as Čech’s lookout (Čechova vyhlídka), attract tourists, as they provide pleasant views of the Bohemian Paradise.
